All complaints will be acknowledged in writing within five working days of receipt. AGC aims to provide a satisfactory resolution to your complaint in a prompt and efficient manner, with a response guaranteed within four weeks of receiving your initial complaint.

If you perceive that there may be any conflict of interest regarding the handling of your complaint by the Compliance and Risk Departments (CRD) or if the resolution does not meet your expectations, please contact the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
